Are the earwires also brass darkened with the ‘Brass Darkening Solution’? After darkening, do you buff (if so, with what) or put any coating on the brass – particularly the earwires? The color and sheen are just beautiful. However, I’m a bit concerned if these would cause a bad reaction with a person’s ears, but would like to try making my own brass earwires. Thanks!
