The Bead Soup Blog Hop 5

by Jeanette on March 3, 2012

Today is the Big Bead Soup Reveal #5. My bead soup partner was Jelveh and you can see here the generous bead soup package she sent me. I honestly could have made numerous pieces with all the beauties from my bead soup ingredients, but in the end I made one piece using several of Jelveh’s lampwork beads.
A mustard color lampwork bead added between wire links…
More of Jelveh’s lampwork beads linked together and attached between wire links (wire links are based on a Lisa Niven Kelly wire-link)
The lovely silver clasp…
The encore, the amazing focal, which my photo does not do justice. I also added a silver bali style bead dangle which was in my package along with one of Jevleh’s lampwork beads and attached with spiral headpin. The silver dangle ties in the silver clasp.
Photographing with a new camera and poor lighting is never a good thing when photographing jewelry. Thank you, Jelveh for being such an awesome bead soup partner…I look forward to using the rest of the goodies in future  projects and posting them here! To enjoy the rest of the bead soup hop, please enjoy the links of all participants below.

Your necklace is beautiful and it is beautiful mainly because of your beautiful wire work. Just stunning. You really showcased Jelveh’s beads. Great job!
