I love these! I agree, all metal jewelry is perfect. I’ve been wanting to try this link, so I’ll try to figure it out. Thank you for the inspiration.

these are gorgeous and fun – i really like how you have repeated the spiral as a punch as well as in the wirework… nice, jeanette…

I do too! Metal has a life all its own and a luster and shine that can’t be beat. Gorgeous earrings!

I do too! They are very cool. What do you use to patina brass? I’ve tried liver of sulphur, but I don’t get a rich color.

Hi Nancy, you would use this stuff..Brass darkening solution. Great for brass and bronze..http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=978&utm_source=GoogleBase&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=Google

Lovin’ these–how about a tutorial on this link? Would love to try this!

Jeanette February 20, 2010 at 8:55 pm

Thanks, Sharon. Hmmmm… this might be tricky for me to put in words with photos, much easier to demonstrate, but I will play around some more and see if I can simplify the steps. Thanks!
